About a week ago I went out to prune deadwood from a Ceanothus bush in my yard. I was dressed for rain as it had been raining off and on. While I was deep in the heart of the bush, it started to snow. "Oh well," I thought, "I may as well keep pruning." After a while the snow stopped and the sun came out.
